heading-h2 mb-md-auto mb-6\">Glen Water Wind Farm<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-medium\">Glen Water Wind Farm (East Ayrshire Council&nbsp;reference number:&nbsp;26\/0099\/PP) is a proposed&nbsp;six&nbsp;turbine site in&nbsp;East Ayrshire&nbsp;that could provide up to&nbsp;36,000&nbsp;homes with clean electricity.<br><br>Through early, detailed and varied engagement we have been able to collect a wide range of feedback to create a proposal that reflects and is shaped by the opinions, needs and challenges of the local community.<br>We believe Glen Water is&nbsp;more than a wind farm&nbsp;\u2013 a project that delivers&nbsp;long lasting benefits&nbsp;that&nbsp;connects communities,&nbsp;supports local jobs and skills,&nbsp;celebrates the area\u2019s rich history and heritage, and&nbsp;puts nature at the heart of the plans.<br><br>In&nbsp;March 2026, OnPath Energy&nbsp;submitted a planning application to&nbsp;East Ayrshire Council.
